Position: Senior Social Care Worker
Location: Dublin, Meath, Louth, Cavan, Kildare, Wicklow
Salary: €43,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (84 hours per fortnight)
Shift Patterns: Week 1: 3x12-hour shifts; Week 2: 4x12-hour shifts
Annual Leave: 4 working weeks per annum
Relocation Package: Available for eligible candidates

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and provide person-centered care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and other complex needs.
• Implement and review individualized care plans to promote independence and dignity.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with care standards and policies.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for service users.
• Ensure accurate documentation of care records and progress reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Nursing, Childcare with Disability modules, or a relevant discipline.
• Experience: 1-2 years in residential, respite, or day service settings with individuals with intellectual disabilities or acquired brain injuries.
• Knowledge: Experience with person-centered planning, quality assurance practices, and social care delivery models.
• Additional Requirements: Full manual driving license, EU Nationals or UK passport holders only.
