CNC Machining and Manufacturing Operators
We are excited to offer a prime opportunity for experienced professionals in the CNC machining and manufacturing sector. This role involves managing advanced machining operations, adhering to industry standards, and leading manufacturing processes for high-profile clients in the oil and gas sector.
Preferred Experience:
• Advanced Machine Shop Operations: Expertise in multi-axis CNC turning, milling, and boring (horizontal & vertical).
• Standards & Certifications: ISO 9001, API 5CT, 6A, 16A, 7-1.
• Specialized Processes: Proficiency in phosphating, NDT methods (MPI, UT, RT).
• Client Collaboration: Experience working with major clients like Weatherford, Halliburton, SLB, Total, and KC Deu tag.
• Material Expertise: Handling various grades, including 5CT, steel, copper, brass, aluminum, and nickel alloys.
• API Product Manufacturing: Experience in well completion, drilling subs, and precision machining of API connections.
• Product Development: Manufacturing crossovers, BHAs, accessories, liner hangers, and rotary drill stem elements to API Spec 7 standards.
Candidate Requirements:
• Nationality: Open to all, with a preference for candidates from the UK, Europe, South Africa, and Oman. Applicants from India and other regions are welcome.
• Experience: Strong preference for candidates with experience in the oil and gas industry.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: 3,500 to 5,000 OMR/month (inclusive of accommodation and transport allowances).
