Diesel Motor Mechanic

Salary: Starting from 70,000 NZD Per Annum*

Job Description:

  • The role involves maintaining, testing, and repairing diesel engines and mechanical parts of heavy vehicles such as trucks and buses. 
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in engines and parts. 
  • Repairing and replacing worn and defective parts.

IELTS Requirement:

  • You must have IELTS 5 or the equivalent in other English language tests.

Qualification Required:

  • NZQA Certificate III, including at least two years of on-the-job training, or NZQA Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
  • Evidence of 3-5 Years Experience of full- time paid employment in a directly related trade.

Our Fees: 15220 AUD

Fee includes all service fee, skills assessment fee, technical interview, job offer letter, job matching, interview preparation, visa application, visa lodgement fees, government fees, immigration services.

Visa Requirements: 

  • No age requirement. (However, is best that the applicant is under 40 as there are more PR pathways after working for 2 years)
  • Must be nominated by an approved business sponsor.
  • Have at least 3-5 years working experiences in the nominated occupation
  • Have a positive Skill Assessment (Trades Recognition Australia)
  • Meet English requirements unless exempt
  • Have health insurance
  • Meet health and character requirements
