Avoid Being The Victim Of Immigration Fraud And Scams! – Choose Wisely!

As per multiple Canadian media reports, over 700 international students in Canada are currently facing deportation orders after it was discovered that they submitted fraudulent/fake Letters of Acceptance (LOA) reportedly not issued by the Canadian colleges and universities when applying for their student visas.

These students were all brought to Canada through a single fraudulent consultant in India, and while many claim to have been unaware of the fraudulent methods used, it is ultimately the responsibility of the students to ensure that the documents they submit to IRCC are authentic. These fraudulent offers were submitted in 2018/19, and the students attended different universities across Canada.

Despite having completed their studies and work permits, this issue only came to light when the students applied for Permanent Residency. It is a difficult situation for these students who have placed their trust in the so-called immigration agent in India.

In addition, Ontario colleges have introduced new rules to protect foreign students from recruiters’ false misleading claims. These rules include mandating agents to follow ethical recruitment practices and provide detailed information about the academic programs. Additionally, they require colleges to work closely with recruitment agents to ensure they follow guidelines and regulations while assisting foreign students in their application process.

At Imperium Consultants, we support these efforts to ensure fair and ethical practices in the recruitment of international students. We believe that every student deserves a fair chance to achieve their dreams, and we will work with you to make that a reality. Remember to always verify the authenticity of your documentation and only work with trusted and licensed agents.

We not only work with Canadian immigration lawyers but also with the world’s best reputed foreign educational boards. These educational boards ensure that students’ requirements are met to the highest standards. We also believe in creating awareness among students to be vigilant and cautious when working with other consultants worldwide.

At Imperium Consultants, we provide a unique service in that we are the only company/place where we can apply a writ if your visa gets refused. Our experienced lawyers can challenge the immigration authorities and get the visa application reconsidered in case of a refusal.

Please note that we do not condone or support fraudulent methods of immigration. It is important to ensure that all documentation submitted to IRCC is legitimate and accurate.
